Benefiting together from green development

Kai Baetge was invited by the Yuandao Organization (German-Chinese cooperation) to give an expert presentation at the conference: “Benefiting together from green development”.

The topic of his presentation was “The impact of newly introduced requirements by banks and insurers, as well as the CSRD, on German SMEs”.

The conference took place at the Sino-German Ecopark in the city of Qingdao from October 20 to 22, 2023.

Thirty experts from China and Germany from the fields of production, everyday life, and the environment were invited to speak at the conference.

The more than 250 participants at the conference included entrepreneurs, business executives, and representatives of sustainability organizations from China and Germany.
